I really appreciated the fantastic location, and the cost was quite reasonable. It's truly ideal if you're looking for a quick visit.

My parents and I chose a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit for our stay while we were in town visiting my brother and his family. The unit itself was clean, which was a plus, but it certainly felt quite dated. Comfort was an issue with the beds, as they were either extremely firm or had noticeable lumps. We also encountered some maintenance issues, specifically with the kitchen faucet, which was coming loose from the sink, and various knobs that weren't properly fastened.

It's important to understand that this is a condominium building, meaning there isn't any staff assistance available. However, I found the apartments themselves to be both comfortable and quite spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped for anyone wanting to cook, and it even includes a dishwasher. Additionally, a washer and dryer are conveniently provided within the apartment.

My stay here was quite enjoyable, largely due to its exceptionally convenient location right in downtown Toronto. I particularly appreciated being so close to St. Lawrence Market, which I absolutely recommend as a must-visit attraction.

Our stay was in a comfortable one-bedroom apartment situated on the fourteenth floor. We really appreciated the secure nature of the building, especially with the incredibly helpful security staff always on hand. The apartment itself was spotless and came equipped with all the essentials we could ask for, including a convenient pull-out sofa bed that was perfect for the kids. The compact kitchen, though small, was perfectly functional, featuring a cooker, microwave, and a coffee maker for our use.

Our Booking.com rental for the final three nights of our Toronto trip turned out to be quite a letdown, despite choosing it for its proximity to our son's place. We found the apartment to be uncomfortably small for a group of four, offering just a single bedroom and a sofa for sleeping arrangements.

As a senior couple from Calgary, our experience at Glen Grove at 736 Bay St Suite 2306, which was presented as a deluxe suite, certainly fell short of that description. To truly earn the "deluxe" category, several significant improvements are needed, starting with the living room and dining area where a light fixture had a missing bulb with concerning live wires exposed. The couch was visibly dirty with greasy stains on the armrests, and the footstool even bore a cigarette burn. Furthermore, the balcony windows appeared to have accumulated a year or more of grime, and the window shades were broken, making them impossible to adjust. In the bathroom, a towel rack was clearly missing, with marks indicating where it had been pulled from the wall, and the shower curtain consistently failed to stay properly in place. The kitchen floor was in dire need of a thorough scrub, as dirt was noticeably piled up in the corners. While the coffee pot itself was great, it would have been a thoughtful touch to provide coffee filters. Overall, this place is in urgent need of a deep clean and a significant facelift.

We found the apartment to be exceptionally pleasant and impeccably clean, complemented by a very friendly and accommodating staff and concierge team. Our positive experience was such that we've already secured this apartment again for August 2016. We were particularly pleased when, after emailing the landlord, we received prompt confirmation of their commitment to ensure we could indeed get the same unit for our upcoming stay.

I fully understand that renting an apartment isn't the same as booking a hotel room; however, a fundamental expectation for basic services and a well-kept living space remains. Regrettably, this property fails to meet either of those basic standards. The concierge, for example, provides an initial impression that is far from welcoming.
